EFT (Emotionally-Focused Therapy), SE (Somatic Experiencing), and CRM (Comprehensive Resource Model) are additional modalities that we employ to help our clients heal through painful pasts and to restore their confidence in themselves and the world. Through focused attention to one's emotional and psychological needs, while providing skills for accessing inner strengths and resources, you can learn to live and experience a more holistic and integrated presence, offering hope for the future and peace in the present.
The first step in trauma healing work, after gaining a solid understanding of your trauma and your methods of coping, is to identify and internalize several Healing Resources to assist you in your healing work. Once you are grounded and supported by your own internal resources, you are ready to begin reprocessing your trauma in order to find peaceful resolution of the past.
