Intensives for Mental Health & Coaching Programs

Intensives are short-term, focused spaces to delve more deeply into an area of interest or need. They are tailored to individuals’ needs, and may be focused either on Mental Health Growth and Recovery or on Personal, Professional or Spiritual Coaching aims. Intensives may be scheduled either as half-day or full-day sessions, and are offered either as one-time growth experiences or as a series of sessions that lead to a more developed and integrated learning and growth experience.

Matt Porter MFT is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California specializing in trauma, PTSD and relationship counseling. He offers individualized therapy and coaching services to address trauma, depression and anxiety, as well as training programs to promote better mental health and conscious attainment of self-determined goals and values. He graduated with a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology and Drama Therapy from the California Institute of Integral Studies in 2001, where he practiced psychotherapy in San Francisco until moving to Los Angeles in 2014.
