I offer sensitive and compassionate therapy to all my clients. I tailor my work to each individual, drawing on their strengths and interests while providing effective therapeutic interventions to meet the unique needs of each of my clients.

I am trained in Attachment-Focused EMDR, an effective and gentle treatment for trauma and PTSD. I am also trained in DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy) and Mindfulness approaches, as well as EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) for couples and drama therapy for expression and integration.

I treat trauma through a variety of methods, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), CRM (Comprehensive Resource Model), Mindfulness and DBT skills for distress tolerance and emotional regulation, and psychodynamic understanding of the origins of trauma and attachment-based trauma wounding.

I enjoy helping couples to improve their communication, practice healthy conflict-resolution skills, and learn to emotionally connect with themselves and their partners. I am trained in EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) for couples, which recognizes the complex interplay of intimacy and seeks to improve emotional communication and understanding of each partner’s individual needs.

Yes, I have worked extensively with youth and teens, as well as with their families. I enjoy helping youth better understand themselves and work through mental health challenges, utilizing many of the same principles and methods I use with adults, but tailored specially to the needs of youth and teens.

I do not directly accept insurance as payment, nor am I an in-network provider on any insurance panels. However, I can provide a SuperBill of services rendered and paid, which you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
